Matthew is the general counsel for the Affiliated Business Arrangements at Beltway Title. He joined the Beltway team in July 2006 after working in the home building industry and has experience with both contract law and sales. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University; a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law; and he was admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland in 2003.
