Erika Madden
Settlement Attorney/Branch Manager - Laurel Office Erika
is the residing attorney and Branch Manager in the Laurel Office
of Beltway Title and Abstract, Inc. She graduated from Texas A&M
University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a
minor in speech communication. She continued her education at
the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and
began practicing immediately following graduation. Erika came
to Beltway with prior legal experience in the title industry field
as well as the ability to conduct settlements in English, Spanish
and Italian. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association,
and is in the process of joining the Maryland Hispanic Real Estate
Industry Association and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Erika is also active in both the Howard County Association of
Realtors and the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors.
Erika maintains clear confidence that she and her staff have
both the motivation and ability to meet the individual needs of
each client to ensure a smooth transaction every time.
