Jennifer
Williams, settlement attorney and branch manager of the Easton office,
combines her legal training and experience in real estate settlements
with a friendly, down to earth and practical approach to settlement
issues. She can answer legal questions and concerns that arise during
the settlement process while creating a friendly, comfortable and
caring atmosphere for everyone involved in the settlement process.
Jennifer has taught continuing education courses on real estate
settlement procedures for MICPEL (Maryland Institute for Continuing
Professional Education for Lawyers), Prince Georges County Board
of Realtors, and Mid-Shore Board of Realtors. She is an active
member of the Mid Shore Board of Realtors where she serves as
their Legislative Chairperson
Jennifer says, “I like people and it shows. I take the
time to listen to buyers and sellers and although I am an attorney,
I always try very hard to answer questions in plain English rather
than “legalese.” I want people to leave the settlement
table feeling like they’ve made a new friend.”
