Moeke is the Settlement Officer and Branch Manager at the Annapolis Office in Maryland. She joined the Beltway Title team in November 1996. She has taken some law courses at the University of Maryland. She has been in the title industry for over fifteen years. She is a member of the Bay area Board of Realtors and the Anne Arundel Board of Realtors. .
