Beltway Title and Abstract Expands with new Local Settlement Officer/Branch Manager

In a move to push Beltway Title and Abstract’s customer service to the top of the settlement services industry and to provide top notch legal services, Beltway Title and Abstract has hired Rob Abdinoor to lead and manage the day to day operations in the Frederick, Md. branch. The move to hire comes in the wake of many title service oriented companies either downsizing or closing due to the number of real estate transactions that have diminished over the past year. The company, long known for its service and professionalism, has taken the added step to ensure the success in the Frederick market is achieved with the customers “overall experience” in mind as well as world class legal services.

Mr. Abdinoor has been in the settlement services industry for the past 9 years serving as the Assistant Manager and Settlement Officer at Universal Title within the Frederick, Md. market. He is a graduate of Towson State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree and a graduate of University of Baltimore with a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
